Contracts

The best way to avoid a misunderstanding in a contract is to have a careful review of all of the terms before signing. Agreements are highly respected by Florida law and judges cannot rewrite them or change the terms. Judges can only enforce the terms of a contract. Your contract is a powerful agreement, and you are presumed to know what you are doing when you enter into a contract. Being very careful at the outset can make a big difference in the future. Be prepared. Another set of eyes can make the difference between a thorough assessment of all of the details, and missing a critical point. Our office will assist in contract review before signing a contract. We will also provide an analysis after a contract is signed, to help evaluate the agreement.

Business Matters

When business owners disagree, they can go to court or try to resolve the disputes before filing “business litigation.”  I have done both.  It is my pleasure to represent businesses because I understand the particular issues that it takes to run a business in this area and economy.  Getting back to business as fast as possible increases the profitability.

Each dispute is unique and should be treated with your circumstances in mind.  I can do that and will help you get back to doing what you do best!
